Terms of use
Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Les Krosmagouilles de Tankouille website and its member area: Krosmaster collection management, favourites, cart, orders, conversations with the shop and personal account.
Purchases made in the shop are governed by the terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over these terms for everything relating to sales.
Account creation
Access to the member area is exclusively through signing in with an existing Google, Discord or Facebook account. No password is created or stored on the site. Several sign-in methods can be linked to the same account from the “My account” page.
The user is responsible for keeping access to the accounts used to sign in to the site confidential, and for the accuracy of the information they provide (contact email address, delivery details).
Services offered
The member account notably allows you:
- to list and manage their personal collection of Krosmaster figurines and cards for free, and share it;
- to save items as favourites;
- to place orders in the shop and track them;
- to talk with the shop (“My conversations”): questions about an item or an order, requesting photos of the actual copies in their cart before ordering;
- to save their delivery details and, if they wish, subscribe to the newsletter.
A visitor can build a cart without an account; signing in is required to place an order.
User conduct
The user undertakes to use the service reasonably and fairly, and not to attempt to disrupt the technical operation of the site (intrusion, data tampering, account theft, etc.). The content of a shared collection remains their responsibility, as does that of the messages they send to the shop, which must remain courteous and related to the site; the operator may delete an abusive conversation.
Account deletion
The user can delete their account and associated data at any time, at the bottom of the My Account page, or request it by writing to contact@krosmagouilles.fr. Deletion is not possible while an order is in progress (reserved, or paid and not yet delivered). Order-related data (notably invoices) is kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.
Service availability
The site and the member area are provided “as is”. No guarantee of continuous availability is given. Krosmagouilles cannot be held responsible for a temporary interruption of service.
Changes to the terms
These terms of use may be changed at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory, more protective provisions of the law of the consumer user's country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, the consumer user may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence or that of the operator.
